License Agreement. We have prepared brand-new editions of a variety of sheet music and offer you an opportunity to download PDF files of the music that you can then print out and use. Your use of each PDF file is covered by the following simple license agreement:


(1) Your license entitles you to one copy of each downloaded PDF file for your own use, with the right to make as many archival copies of each file as you like. You hereby agree that you will not distribute or make available to any other persons any copies of any of the PDF files obtained from SheetMusicBackInPrint.com. Your license allows you to make as many printed copies from the content of each file as you like, and you may distribute those printed copies freely.


(2) The content of each PDF file has been determined to be in the public domain according to the copyright law of the United States of America. If you make use of this content in any other country, you hereby agree that it is your responsibility to abide by the copyright laws of that country, and you indemnify Sheet Music Back In Print Inc. against any legal action that may result from your violation of such laws.


Privacy Policy. We use the email address you have supplied at the time of purchase as a means to notify you when your purchases have been approved and to provide the links where you can download your purchases. If you purchase an annual membership, your email address is used as your username for access to SheetMusicBackInPrint.com in order to download sheet music files. We will also notify you by email when your membership is about to expire. In addition, anyone may sign up for our monthly email newsletter. In all cases, your email address is used only for communication related to this website and its sheet music, and we do not supply your email address to any third parties for any reason.
